Warrior Support

At this time, PCCN Brampton has no Warriors - men with recurring, advanced prostate cancer - available to provide you with support.

The closest PCCN chapter with a Warriors Group is PCCN Toronto. The Group meets six times per year. Details of their history and current program can be obtained at http://pccntoronto.ca/warriors/ and an email link is provided.

PCCN Ottawa has a Warriors Group that meets monthly and prospective Warriors can join the group and/or the mailing list on Yahoo! Groups. Details at http://pccnottawa.ca/warriors/intro

Gary Foote

I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in late 2005 at the age of 54. With a PSA of 37.6 and a Gleason score of 7, my options were surgery or conventional radiation therapy at the time.

I underwent successful Radical Prostatectomy surgery in March 2006 and my PSA has been effectively zero from that point onwards.
